How billing works: Product subscriptions (CyberTemp premium, proxy plans) are billed through each product's website at the start of each billing cycle and can be canceled any time before renewal. Freelance projects are quoted in writing and typically billed 50% up front and 50% on completion. See our Refund Policy for details.
